Oracle/Tarot Readings 

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The client understands that Oracle and/or Tarot Cards readings can be used as a tool for personal discovery and self-care, but that they are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailments or conditions. If such a concern exists please seek professional guidance from a doctor or therapist. (The reader will not give specific financial, legal, medical or other advice that they are not professionally qualified to give. The reader does not give readings to persons under the age of 18 without the written consent of their parent or guardian).

• The reader commits to being compassionate and sensitive to the client’s feelings and not to judge or condemn their situations.
• This is a two-way process. The reader will ask questions of the client during a reading and expect the involvement of the client in their reading. This helps the cards to yield more information, thus enabling the reading to open up and expand. 
• Reading does not predict the future, but is based on the probable outcome of events which is influenced by the current behavior and attitude of the client and how it affects the world around them.
  • The exercising of the client’s free will and actions will be what sets things into motion. Readings are a tool of insight to change our perspective and give guidance to help achieve inner personal goals and connect with your higher self.
• In exchange for these services, the Client agrees to pay the Reader before service, unless Client has won a free reading.
• Virtual Readings via Zoom (Applicable only if agreed upon by both the reader and the client)
• The client agrees to knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights against Aligned in Starlight LLC. The Client agrees that the reader is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the reading.
• The client accepts responsibility for their actions during and after the reading.
• The reader agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the client without the client’s written consent. 
  • BE ADVISED: The Reader-Client relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, the reader could be required to divulge seemingly confidential information to the appropriate authorities.
• This Agreement is legally binding between the parties listed below This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in the United States and throughout Europe. The parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this agreement. Parties residing in different states, this agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Email usage information

• Emails collected will approved to be used for updates for Aligned in Starlight.
• Emails will not be sold or giving to other parties. They will be kept private.
• Please message if you want to be removed from the email mailing list. 

The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
