I personally, have gained a lot of perspective living a life with ADHD, Autism, chronic pain and cPTSD. So I can relate to those of you who struggle in these areas. I have been working hard to combat these parts of my life. In doing so I have quite the arsenal of tools to help manage my life and I want to share these tools with you! !
